Orders & Shipping
Can I modify or cancel my order if it hasn’t been dispatched?
Yes of course, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet we can modify or cancel your order. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the following European countries: Germany, Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg. All transactions are taken in Pounds Sterling and shipped from the UK. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £14.99 through DPD international express (3-6 working days)
IOSS registered. Customers are not charged additional import duty and VAT for orders under the value of €150.
How much is UK shipping?
Shipping is free on all UK orders over £60 and £3.99 for orders under £60 (2 - 4 working days).
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders placed before 2pm GMT are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut off time will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns & Exchanges
How can I return my order?
We are happy to refund any item within 30 days from the date of dispatch. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Head to our Delivery & Returns page for more information.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your account within 3 working days of receipt (not including transit time for the item to arrive back to us). Credits may take up to an additional 5 working days to show on your account.
The Item I purchased is now on sale, can you refund the difference?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the price difference if an item has been reduced after the order has been made.

How does the colour change work?
It’s Magic! Our items change colour when they come into contact with water, returning back to the original colour once dry. This process is repeated each time. There is no shelf life, please follow the wash instructions to keep the magic.
Is the colour changing technology safe?
Yes, all of our items are safe and are made using water based inks . All of our items have been tested to strict global trading standards.
Does Holly & Beau have any stores?
We currently have no stores and sell exclusively online.
