UK Delivery
Standard delivery: FREE on all UK orders over £60 and £3.99 for orders under £60 (2-4 working days)
Please note: We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender - so check that info twice!
EU Shipping
We ship to the following European countries: Germany, Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and Luxembourg. All transactions are taken in Pounds Sterling and shipped from the UK. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £14.99 through DPD international express (3-6 working days)
IOSS registered. Customers are not charged additional import duty and VAT for orders under the value of €150.
Returns
30 days to return
We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sales items) within 30 days from the date of dispatch, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and have all labels and/or packaging intact.
Keep in mind that if you have bought rubber boots, the shoe box is part of the product. Do not tape or write directly on the carton. If we get back cartons that are destroyed then there will be a fee of £10 or the return might not be valid.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a carrier which offers a tracked and insured service as unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on goods that don’t arrive.

Christmas Extended Returns Policy
Items purchased online from 31st October will benefit from our extended Christmas returns policy. You will have until 16th January 2024 to return your item to our returns address.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be inspected and credited to your account/card, this may be slightly delayed during busy periods, such as January.
Exchanges
Please note that exchanges are not possible at this time, you will need to return the order for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Within 3 working days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your payment method has been refunded.
Please note that it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but you will not receive a refund of the original delivery charges or cost of returning the products to us (unless the products were faulty).
