Extended Christmas returns policy

We’ve extended our usual returns policy just for the festive season. Any gift bought between 19th October and 24th December 2020 can be returned up until 10th January 2021, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.

30 days to return

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sales items) within 30 days from the date of dispatch, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).

How to return?

• Package your items in the postal bag or box that it arrived in, with each item in its original perfect condition with all hang tags attached.

• For free returns please click the link above and follow the instructions.

How to exchange your item

If you wish to exchange your item/s for another size or colour, please email us at: info@hollyandbeau.com with your order number and the item/s you wish to exchange. 

What is the refund process?

• Within 3 working days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded.

• Please note that it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

• You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but you will not receive a refund of the original delivery charges or cost of returning the products to us (unless the products were faulty).
