EU Shipping

Unfortunately we have had to temporarily stop shipping to the EU due to Brexit, however we will reintroduce our EU shipping in 2023. 


30 days to return

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sales items) within 30 days from the date of dispatch, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags and any hygiene seals still attached.

Please clearly write the number 9415 on the outside of your parcel. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a carrier which offers a tracked and insured service as unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on goods that don’t arrive.

Please write the number 9415 on the outside of your parcel so that our warehouse can identify your return.

Christmas Extended Returns Policy

Items purchased online from Wednesday 27th October 2022 will benefit from our extended Christmas returns policy. You will have until 16th January 2023 to return your item to our returns address.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be inspected and credited to your account/card, this may be slightly delayed during busy periods, such as January.


If you wish to exchange your item/s for another size or colour, please email us at: with your order number and the item/s that you wish to exchange.


Within 3 working days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your payment method has been refunded.

Please note that it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but you will not receive a refund of the original delivery charges or cost of returning the products to us (unless the products were faulty).
