UK Delivery 


Standard delivery: FREE on all UK orders over £45 and £2.99 for orders under £45 (2-3 working days)


Next day delivery: £5.99, delivered next day if ordered Mon-Fri before 5pm (if ordered on a Friday your order will be delivered on the following Monday) 


Please note: We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice!



EU Shipping


EU Standard shipping: £6.00 (Tracked 3-7 days)


Import fees may be applicable on EU orders.

Where delivery is to a country other than the UK, you will be liable for any customs or duties levied on the ordered products (these duties should only apply if the order value is more than £130 / €150)


 

Returns 

 

30 days to return

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sales items) within 30 days from the date of dispatch, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags and any hygiene seals still attached.

UK Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item/s for another size or colour, please email us at: info@hollyandbeau.com with your order number and the item/s that you wish to exchange.

EU Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a carrier which offers a tracked and insured service as unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on goods that don’t arrive.

 

Refunds

Within 3 working days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your payment method has been refunded.

Please note that it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but you will not receive a refund of the original delivery charges or cost of returning the products to us (unless the products were faulty).
